摘要 中国正处在新能源与特高压交直流电网高速发展时期,日食等极端事件易引发广域新能源出力波动,进而对电网安全稳定运行产生重大影响。文中针对2020年6月21日中国地区发生的日环食过程进行剖析,采用数值天气预报叠加事件影响的方法,提出了极端天文、天气事件对新能源间歇性与电网运行影响的预测方法。基于有效预测结果制定了相应预案措施,分析了日环食发生过程中电网的运行状态,并提出了有效预测此类事件对中国高比例可再生能源电网安全稳定运行的若干启示。 China is in the period of high-speed development of renewable energy and ultra-high voltage AC/DC power grids.Output fluctuations of wide-area renewable energy caused by extreme events such as solar eclipse will have a significant impact on the safe and stable operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes the process of annular solar eclipse occured on June 21,2020 in China.By using the numerical weather forecasting method to superimpose the impact of events,a method is proposed to forecast the impact of extreme astronomical and weather events on the intermittentness of the renewable energy and grid operation.based on the effective forecasting results,the corresponding plans and measures are formulated,the operation states of the power grid during the annular solar eclipse is analyzed,and some inspirations for the safe and stable operation of the power grid with a high proportion of renewable energy in China are put forward.
